Terms of Service

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information, protect access to your account, and be legally able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of your content. You give PublishTempo a limited license to store, process, format, and transmit content only as needed to provide the service and carry out the publishing instructions you give us.

3. Acceptable use

You may publish only content you own or are authorized to use. You may not use PublishTempo for spam, deceptive activity, impersonation, malware, rights infringement, or content that violates applicable law or a connected platform’s rules. Do not remove creator attribution or add deceptive watermarks.

4. Connected platforms

TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other services are independent third parties. Your use of each is also governed by that platform’s terms. Platform availability, permissions, limits, and review status may affect whether and how a post can be published.

5. Publishing to TikTok

Connecting your account. You connect TikTok through TikTok's own authorization screen. PublishTempo never sees your TikTok password. By connecting, you authorize PublishTempo to publish only videos you choose and confirm, using the video.publish permission.

Your posting settings. Before every post you choose who can see it, whether comments, Duet and Stitch are allowed, and whether the video promotes yourself, a brand, or both. Nothing is preselected for you. We send exactly the settings you confirm and nothing is posted until you press Publish now or Schedule post.

TikTok's own policies. Posting through PublishTempo is also subject to TikTok's Terms of Service, Music Usage Confirmation, and, for paid partnerships, the Branded Content Policy. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you post. TikTok may limit visibility or availability of posts made through third-party apps.

Disconnecting. You can disconnect TikTok at any time from the Channels page. Disconnecting asks TikTok to revoke PublishTempo's access and deletes the tokens we stored. Posts already published stay on your TikTok account; remove them in TikTok if you want them gone. Scheduled posts that have not yet been sent will not publish while TikTok is disconnected.

6. Creator consent and control

PublishTempo sends content only after you select a destination and confirm the publishing settings shown to you. You can disconnect a channel at any time. Scheduled content may already be processing close to its publish time, so cancel early where possible.

7. Availability

We work to keep PublishTempo reliable, but the service is provided “as is” and may occasionally be unavailable. We may change features to maintain security, comply with platform requirements, or improve the product.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using PublishTempo at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security risks, or legal requirements. You can request account deletion using our data deletion page.
